Subscription Terms

These terms govern your subscription to our services, including free trials, payments, cancellations, and refunds.

1. Free Trial

We may offer a free trial for our services. Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, you will be automatically charged the price shown on the payment screen for your selected subscription period.

2. Subscription

Your subscription starts with the first payment and renews automatically at the end of each period (weekly, monthly, 6 months, yearly, or as chosen at purchase) until you cancel.

3. Payment Method

Payments are charged to the payment method you provide at purchase upon confirmation. You authorize us to charge applicable subscription fees to this payment method.

4. Cancellation

Canceling your subscription disables automatic renewal, but you retain access to all subscription features for the remainder of the current period. Note: Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription.

• App Store Purchases: Cancel trials or subscriptions by disabling auto-renewal in your Apple ID account settings at least 24 hours before the trial or current period ends. Manage subscriptions via Apple's support page.
• Google Play Purchases: Cancel trials or subscriptions by turning off auto-renewal in your Google Play account settings at least 24 hours before the trial or current period ends. See Google's support page for details.
• Website Purchases: Cancel trials or subscriptions by contacting our support at info@golive.mobi or navigating to: Settings - Help - Subscription - Manage Subscription - Cancel Subscription.

5. Changes

To the extent permitted by law, we may adjust subscription fees at any time. We will notify you of pricing changes via the app, email, or other prominent methods. If you do not agree to the new fees, you may cancel your subscription before the changes take effect.

6. Refunds

Unless otherwise stated in our Refund Policy or required by applicable law, all purchases are generally non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Refer to our Refund Policy for eligibility and instructions.
